In order to maintain a professional, relaxing environment for all guests and to ensure your appointment goes smoothly, please observe the following general salon policies-
We promote a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere at Blade and Brush. Some even consider us their place of refuge from an otherwise hectic schedule. For this reason, we kindly ask that cell phone ringers be placed on vibrate, and that children and pets be left at home. Children with an appointment and accompanied by an adult are always welcome. Thank you.
PRIVACY POLICY
We value our guests privacy, and always keep contact and payment information secure and confidential. Your information is never shared and will only be used to contact you regarding scheduled appointments and, if you wish, salon news and upcoming specials. You can opt out of non appointment related correspondence at any time.
GRATUITY POLICY
Tipping a stylist after an appointment is entirely at the client’s discretion. If you are happy with the service you have received and would like to add gratuity, tips are greatly appreciated and graciously received.
